Interested in volunteering at APLA 2017? Here are the ways you can get involved in the conference:
Registration Desk
Duties would include handing out name badges/conference materials, giving directions and answering general questions.
Session Moderators
Duties would include meeting the presenter(s) in the designated room, ensure that each presentation is set up smoothly, introduce the presenter(s), and remain for the duration of the session. Session Moderators will keep time, close the session, and pass on any relevant announcements.
Pop-Up Store
Duties would include helping set up, tear down and manning the APLA Pop-Up Store.
Runners/Floaters
Duties would include a wide variety of miscellaneous tasks such as transporting IT equipment, providing directions, helping a sponsor or exhibitor find what they need, etc.
